Leela  Vertigo Dance Company

“Leela” means in Sanskrit a divine play, an existence in which humans are mere pawns. Inspired by the fall from heaven, the creation “Leela” takes place in the space between illusive reality and God’s cosmic play.

Participating in both the creation and performance of the piece, Hagar developed multiple solo, duet, and group segments that were incorporated in the final dance work.
